go try and peel it to see if it's plastidip.
to me it certainly looks like it is.
Find a little spot under the fender right above the top of the tire and scratch it with your thumbnail. If it's plasti-dip it should come off fairly easy and that spot isn't going to last long at all anyway so you have nothing to lose.Ha! I'm tempted but:
a.) I like how it looks despite the little bit I blasted off, and
b.) what if it's not plastidip and it's something not meant to come off? LOL
Plus most of us are dying to know if you bought a plasti-dipped truck.
If it doesn't come off easy it might be a regular paint job, albeit a somewhat poor one (maybe even rattle can) but it should last longer than plasti-dip. The paint job may have been done before the sale to hide some fender damage.
