Tremor stripe/decal cleaning/restoring

I've had my Tremor for 2 years now and the black on the stripes is developing a white-ish haze on it. The red seems fine. The truck has been washed regularly. I had factory decal set on my Mustang and after 10 years never had any signs of hazing. Any hints as to cleaning it and restoring it? Thanks..

I use 303 Graphite on my Tremor stripes to keep them looking new.

I bought new Sport and FX4 decals on Amazon, I think they were $24?
they had started to get bubbles under them, you couldn't really tell but I knew they were there....

I was going to try chemical guys meticulous mate spray to see if that worked either that or wizards wipe down spray can't find it locally so I just need to order it put that hockey stripe on and it's got these gray streets on it.
