Check those Tremor Decals

Mine had the "upgraded" faster stripe decals, including the bright red one that I promptly had removed. Now only the "Tremor" and black stripes remain. They look perfectly aligned together. If the "Tremor" badge was off it wouldn't fit within the black stripes.

Hey rogue biker how did you remove the stripes? Are the stripes painted on or are they vinyl like that can be removed with heat and solvents? I am possibly about to buy a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor but will not buy it unless I can get the stripes removed. Any information from you or anyone would be greatly appreciated please post or email me at [email protected] Thank You

I took delivery of my Tremor about 2 months ago, after about a week, I noticed the passenger side "Tremor" decal was crooked compared to the driver side... not a lot, less than .25" between the front and rear. Problem is, once you notice it, you continue to notice it.

Interesting thing is I finally brought it into the dealer to get it addressed (order another sticker) and the service rep was "I already ordered your decal".

Apparently, someone else had the exact same issue. If you recently took delivery you may want to check.

Oem was not straight replaced with this one

So I've just run into a problem with the black stripe on the passenger side. Along the curved edge toward the front there is a section about 3/4" to 1" that where the adhesive has let go. Only about 1/8" of material is peeling back. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best way to put it back? I was thinking about lightly brushing a little bit of 3M High Strength 90 in there after cleaning it, but wanted to know if there were any better ideas.

This topic was one of the first things on my mind and others seem to agree here that it’s not quite right.

I put on glossy black and red to match the grill (seats also have the red component). However I may have installed in cold weather and I’m not sure what else happened but it started to peel. When I took it off I realized people became confused. One of the biggest parts of the decal was those who just learned that the Ranger had a tremor model and loved that fact! This one is pretty much the same except for I went ahead and chose the extra “off-road“ portion to reiterate that aspect which is already pretty clear!

So unless you’re getting the mountains or some other addition, I highly recommend the F150 size! I really don’t think you’ll be anything but pleased. Pick the style that you like of course

Just a few thoughts:
- factory one is bland and small
- Not enough contrast when you have any
Carbonized gray and probably similar
- the red is not over the top, which I know is
a worry
- I will do what I did last time which is to sort
of follow the rake, but keep it a little more
level.

i’ll make sure and put the pictures up when it’s installed. That’s when it does it justice and looks in place. Wait till then, and then you’ll potentially see what I do. And it’s all good if you don’t like it. I don’t take offense.
