Towing my Lariat behind a motor home

I am getting ready to do me lighting for my 2020 ranger lariat i am using the roadmaster universal wiring kit RM154 that have the diodes. Now i am reading on the RM vehicle specific sheet of 4/11/21 that i now need to add the brake-lite relay kit 88400 has anybody done this? They say without this kit when your turn signal is on from your MH and supplementary brake is activated it will override the turn signal. Has anybody used this RM88400 or I am over thinking tis matter.
