I mean, MSRP is >109K

so a markup of nearly 80K isn't bad.

I mean, those poor dealers have to be able to pay the mortgage on their homes, boats, vacation homes, cars and girlfriends...

so un feeling.

LOL
"...mortgage on their...girlfriends...." Welp, ADMs just started making a little bit more sense....

That's the most tarded up utility cart I've ever seen. Backup camera!
That thing is probably half the size of my Ranger and the MSRP is more than I paid for my FULLY LOADED LARIAT. That is just nuts.....

Nice
Roofing costs today are insane.

Ranger is protecting itself in garage while they work.

Nice looking roof. If I ever have to redo ours, I want to go metal. So many options in metal these days.

Just got home from getting the wifes Ecosport serviced. After write up I went to the showroom to check out the new and improved trucks/suvs. There sat a new F-150 Raptor R. Eyes wandered to the sticker in the windshield. only $188k. Just about had a cat.
That's not a car payment, that's a freakin mortgage!

How much hail do you get in your area? A few years ago, my parents redid their roof, as did many of their neighbours; fortunately for us, we were in the group that did it after a major hailstorm. Most of those who had done it before the hailstorm had gone with metal for longevity. Not only was the sound of the hail pinging off of the metal roofs drastically amplified inside the house, but most of them had major dents and damage to their roofs as well. We ended up going with a composite shingle material (I forget what, exactly) that could absorb the sound and impact of hail much better than metal, even if it doesn't have the same expected longevity.

was it one of the "hail rated" shingles?

Having just moved from a place that has hurricanes, hail is a new thing. I am intrigued by a roof that has impact resistant shingles. . .

I just don't know who it's supposed to be for. You need to carry feed out on a farm but need AC and to mess around with infotainment? The leather seats would get ruined in a week too. I thought maybe big game guides, high priced ones in Africa but that thing is too cheap looking and gaudy for that. It's probably made to sit in the showroom, like the $300k Mustang.

Sorry, I don't remember; I wasn't involved in the project, just heard the story from my folks, and my dad has since passed away, so I can't ask him about it.
