It's a roll up that is easily removed. Different that the others you're looking at but about the same money.

Looks interesting. I have had the BakFlip MX4 since 2019 on my Ranger. I have nothing but good things to say. I also have NO REASON to think about a switch.

I did look at the link you sent for the paragon. Looks interesting. I’d be interested in hearing how you like it after 6-12 months of ownership. What features do you tend to use and if having to manually lock and unlock gets old.

I'm going to install a different version of the BakFlip - the Revolver X4S.
When it arrives I'll install and give my impressions of fit and finish.
This is on a Raptor (obviously) but I really like the seamless look.
Order direct and got a good deal since it is Memorial Day weekend.

I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I really like mine. Be sure to read the supplemental instructions before you get started on the install. A few people on here have installed it, then removed 2/3 of it to install the corner reinforcements, and then re-do those 2/3 again.

Being a Canuck. If you have a Cap-it store near you go see their rebranded BakFlip covers - both the mx4 and X4S. If you become a member for 25.00 yiu get that back as a gift card and you then get to pay member price. It was actually cheaper than buying the BakFlip from Lordco. I got the Cap rebranded MX4. Best of all I got warranty support from Bakflip (some of the machine screws had some rust - I was going to replace with SS screws and asked them what size. They said basically no worries. Will send me a whole new buckle kit. Just got it today from FedEx).
I really like mine. If you have a drop in liner it is a pain because yiu do need to make some cuts in the liner at the front - cause you need to remove the liner. Yiu also need to do that to add the reinforcement plates for the clamps.

I believe in attention to detail and am extremely OCD. I spent hours and hours comparing these 2. Just do yourself a favor and get the xtang xceed. They fit the same except the xceed has a nicer latch system and looks cleaner because you don't see the rubber strips between each panel. MSRP is about $1,150 but I got the Rousch version NIB on ebay for $699 + $150 shipping. It was a no brainer for me and I'm extremely happy with my decision. Doesnt leak a drop either after direct power washing.

I have an Extang Solid Fold 2.0 and love it. it's super easy to remove, which is nice because I also run a Softopper when I need extra covered space.
