MX4 trifold gap?

Just got the Bakflip MX4 on the truck. Wondering if there’s supposed to be a decent gap between the cover and tailgate when shut? Here’s a pic. The rubber seal isn’t touching the tailgate.

Can anyone share a pic of what this part looks like?

nope.. I don't have any gap.. pull it back to the tailgate some so it does touch.
