I'm just shy of 90K km (about 56K miles), and aside from the oil gasket leak and the turbo issue earlier this year, it's been a solid performer for me, and I'm really happy with it.

Maybe he keeps a paperback edition of "God Is My Copilot" in the glove compartment.....
If God is your copilot, you're in the wrong seat

My 2019 with ~50k miles hasn't had any issues. It sees some pretty harsh service in the summer months as my work truck. Routine maintenance and I try and head off any potential issues before they arise.

People come here to complain.

If you search online, the Ranger almost always places at or near the top rating in reliable midsize trucks.

Most Reliable Midsize Trucks

Reading on here every day I'm convinced that my tensioner pulley is going to crack off the front engine cover after the transmission does a harsh shift and grenades the CDF, which will cause a driveline shock that will cause the blend door to stick, the carrier bearing and driveshaft to fall off, and SYNC will go into an endless upgrade loop.

Instead of starting the truck, I just go back inside and curl into a fetal position, comforting myself in the knowledge that I have 6 factory tie downs.

Hey, at least you hear about the issues.

On TW, issues seem to very quickly get buried either by moderators or White Knights who ride to the rescue of any perceived slight of their chariot.

You forgot to mention the fuel/oil oozing out of the dipstick tube.

I came just to poke the bear myself
?????

If something goes wrong ?????, you either repair it or trade the truck and move on. I don't use "FIX" as that is a temporary solution IMO. With the cost of new vehicles you can guess ? what I would do ? (FIX IT ??‍???) That's why I have an extended warranty.

NOTHING works forever. INCLUDING ME ??????‍??

AND FOR ALL THAT SERVED ?

Welcome Fred, you are not the first to poke the bear around here. ?

Stay around there is usually some fun around here.
