I guess it depends on the look you’re after. If it makes a difference to you, the KO2 seems to have a more agressive looking sidewall.

These days, it might also depend on what’s in stock.

KO2’s made my old Frontier a different truck. I’m a big fan. I’ll be putting a set on this Ranger as soon as the Generals show some wear.

The KO2 are heavier 56 to XT 48 leaning towards the Firestone, just seems like everyone has the BFG and not many reviews on the Firestone.
Ok that’s not too dramatic of a difference. BFG is a well proven tire and I really don’t care for the Firestone brand. However I would go Toyo over BFG on any day. BFG wear like iron and feels like it too, Toyos have great wear with a better ride. That’s my experience from the too high 4x4 F150 I had before my Ranger. That’s my choice when the hankooks wear out.

I just looked at Toyo and for my stock 21 Ranger Lariat FX4 with 18 inch wheels. The Open Country A/T III weigh 38 pounds.. that’s a big difference in fuel mileage and ride.

I'm going with Firestone but most of my driving will be on pavement.

The answer to the ultimate question is 42. Please tell me someone reads books.
No that’s the answer to “What’s the meaning of life and everything?” . I’ve read a book or two… need to wait few million years more for that answer Zaphoyd. Don’t forget your towel…
