Tail Gate Dampener

Now that I have you guys attention, is there any one in here smart enough to create a door Dampener to keep everyone from slamming my doors? Or any other ideas?

Hmm, is this a problem with the new Rangers? My 2001 Sport Trac is still so tight that I have to crack a window so that my wife can get it latched on the first try.

The doors are very light and easy to slam.
