I am curious. Where do you get your diagrams, and what Ranger model year are you showing?

Question Answered:

Changed in 2019 (Production) Early & Late
Late 2019 Production and up they split out the fuse.
So, this is why it has not been noted before, only early production 2019's have it wired this way.
Note: This only shows in the 2019 Diagram, 2020 and up is all late production diagram.
So, I had to back up to 2019 to see it.

The wiring diagrams (mostly) do not separate (BY TRIM) however sometimes they will note (WITH) and give you directions of power flow for the varied trim options

I have various sources - AllData & Mitchell and occasional access to All Data Pro (All Vech Lines)
as well as Ford Workshop Manuals.
The nice thing about the diagrams outside of the workshop is that they are full circuit diagrams and you can highlight wires (easier to follow the circuit) as well as the factory layouts that split the circuit up across numerous pages.
