My Sync 3 display, along with dash controls are stuck on daytime mode when the display is set to auto. I can still manually switch between daytime and night manually through the display option in settings.

So, at night, the screen is in bright daytime mode and the buttons underneath do not light up.

I've done a master reset on the vehicle hoping to fix, but no luck.

Anybody else experience this and if so, was it solved? Thanks!

I have not had this problem, but a few questions :
1. Do you mean the control buttons don't light up with headlights on?
2. What position is your headlight switch in? Auto?
3. What SYNC version are you running? 3.3 or 3.4?

I run mine in night mode all the time because I feel the day mode is too bright even in the day. I know that doesn't help the button issue. It may be something with the ambient light sensor.
