Sunglass holder sticks

What are the chances the dealer has the parts to fix these:

- Sunglass holder sticks when opening

- Parking brake doesn't go down all the way/ pops back up

If it's under warranty I wouldn't see any problem to get both fixed. The park brake especially.

They've both been like this since I purchased it new. Just wondering if it's worth it to fix it myself or take it in.
