I received mine SUMA mirrors and installed the drivers side. It was off several degrees and sat crooked in the mirror housing almost making contact with the housing. The SUMA mirrors flex much more than the factory mirrors and I cracked the driver's side when I removed it to reinstall the factory mirror. Exchanged several emails with SUMA in regards to this, maybe some of the first emails in regards to this issue. Never really got any resolution. Return emails just stopped. I was excited about these but now have some $200 mirrors that don't fit and one has a crack. I will probably buy the Clearview tow mirrors in the future. Glass quality of the SUMA mirrors seems really great, but overall fit and mounting quality is not as nice.

What a bummer. Love these on my Bronco. They really should step up and stand behind their product. Clearly they screwed this specific design up and it seems they aren’t owning up to it.

Same. I attempted some follow up and they went silent. Three and a half stars.

A heads up for everyone - a couple weeks ago Eddy reached out to me and sent some production samples of the updated/corrected mirrors.

I told him I'd swap them on mine as soon as I could to verify the fit but I had family obligations and work went six days a week. My only day off has been rainy.

I'm posting to let people know that Suma hasn't ignored our reporting the slightly cockeyed fit and it may just be me holding things up. I hope to catch a break and get these on to give a before/after comparison.

Note these don't have any actual options built in - not even the Suma logo:

Compare to the set I originally received:

Things aligned today and I swapped in the production samples. The orientation has been corrected and the only other thing needing changing is the mirrors sit a little too far inboard - about 1/16th of an inch-ish. I sent Eddy the pictures below. First one says SUMA on it, it's an original, the last two the new samples.

Hopefully they reach back out to the rest of us that contacted them with issues early on once they get a final product with all the corrections done. Not sure after months of radio silence and no return emails though, I may have just thrown mine out in disgust. So I'm probably SOL.
