Strange vibration noise from engine

2020 ranger fx4 w 2600 miles on it. Recently noticed a vibration noise starts at 1500 rpm kind of a skipping vibration sound... will try to post video/sound bite
Checked whole engine for anything loose. Took it to dealer, they said they can’t even look at it for 3 weeks!
