Been driving my new '20 Lariat RWD and really like it so far. Nice change up from my '15 F150. Only thing that has me wondering is the stock tires. Are the Bridgestone Dueler H/T's a little weak and poor performers for a Lariat trim level? I didn't get the off-road package so maybe that's the norm. Since I chose the RWD vs 4x4 I sort of need a tire that will perform well in a couple inches of sloppy snow (live in northern VA).

Just a little surprised.

They're the norm and have worked well for me so far. I think their snow rated.
Not sure what you mean by weak and poor performers.

Looks like the reviews aren't so great on them for driving in rain and snow.

I can't comment on snow driving but I've driven through a lot of rain here with no loss of traction issues. They're much better in rain than the all terrain tires I've had on other vehicles.
I usually run them at 39 - 40 psi.
Let the group know what you get if you change them out.

Good to know. That seems like a high psi, not too bouncy?

I have them but with 4 wheel drive. I don't add any weight since I have 4x4 but haven't noticed them being terrible. I run 34 psi myself.

The only true test of the tire is what YOU think!

I'm in an area that actually gets real snow - our last big dump was 42 inches. Past weekend was 7 inches of wet cement.

I have a RWD Ranger and opted to replace the Bridgestone Dueler H/Ts with actual snow tires for the season.

Honestly, the Bridgestone worked quite well for me in rain and the first couple of slushy episodes. If this place didn't resemble the Great White North, I would have used them all year.

Brave of you to have RWD up there! I think it’s funny how many people have 4x4s around here with minimal snow. Up in the NE it makes sense.

These tires will be fine for a while, once the tread wears a bit it will lose some traction. They have a pretty shallow tread.
