But it's extremely lazy to post a thread like this.

The options are literally a search away.

"Hey guys, how should I modify my truck?"


We don't know anything about what the dude wants, needs, or desires. Just that his wife ok'd him to spend some money on his truck.

Are we to list every option available for him? Why? Sounds like somebody just wants us to paint his fence for him.


These types of threads are some of the worst types on automotive forums.

There was no "bouncing" of ideas here. Just a "hey, gimme the ball."

If you want to bitch about guys who should just do a search instead of starting a thread and engaging with our fellow members (like you said in the above quote) do it in the proper section, not the steps/rock sliders thread.
Proper section for you to voice your displeasure is the Site Suggestions, Feedback, Questions,

Some of us like these threads. If you don't like it, just ignore it.

Thank you all for the pictures,comments and assistance. I’ve got it down to 2 Shrockworks and ARB. Also I’d like to apologize too D Fresh. I wasn’t aware this was your show or forum!

No apologies needed. If you want your truck modded by other dudes go for it. Personally I like to modify my vehicles for myself.

Next up, level kit and Fuel wheels!

In the future, if you'd like to call somebody out you can use the @ function to let somebody know you're talking about them without quoting them.

I have Westin HDX steps…..love em. They are rugged looking. I’m also looking into a Lund Revolution bull bar but am not sure if it will work with the FX4 OEM skid plate….Westin bull bar/brush guards won’t work per Westin
