Driving down the beach yesterday I noticed I could feel it in my steering wheel when I would roll over anything a little rough. A bump or a hill or sand dune etc…. Felt almost like the steering wheel was lose but if I shook it with my hands, it was firm. It only happened when my tires were rolling over anything. Anyone else have this problem? Is it a problem?

I've had this happen when off road over a set of rockers. If the tires were losing traction (spinning in soft sand/bumps) you can get some vibration through the wheel. I've never felt it any other time so as long as you're not feeling it while driving on smooth pavement I'd say you're good.

That makes sense. And that was the only time I felt it. But I’ve been off road many other times and this was the first. Kind of caught me off guard.
