Sport decal came off

The Sport decal came off partially at the car wash today. Has this happened to anyone else? The truck is 2 months old. On the same side the paint chip protector in front of the rear wheel came off also, a couple weeks ago. On the driver side both are intact. I'm wondering if I should leave the decal off or have the dealer replace it. Not having the decals, does it affect trade in value when the time comes?

Not worried about trade in value, I just like to keep things in stock condition. I find it odd that both things came off on the same side of the truck.

They shouldn't come off so easily, Something is up. I would take it In and have it and the chip protector replaced

Removing the sticker from one side totally unbalances the truck and as a direct result lowers horse power on the side that is affected....
Your Ranger will be laughed at , at cruise-ins, and it will stop being a "chick magnet" !!!
It will also result in a lower trade in of about $1.02.

I was planning to remove my FX-4 stickers.

But at the first wash the wand spray caught the edge just right and lifted up one side. Ripped it off right there and proceeded to do the same to other side. Good riddance I say.

Stickers are for G.I. Joe machines and model planes. Not vehicles.

Come on ya'll stickers are one of life's little treasures. Always touch on the back before application, never put them on straight, and have plenty of shock-absorbing air bubbles to show how you just don't care.

I think you may have discovered the real reason the Ranger leans to one side.

Yeah your trade-in value decreased by $0.37. So put an FX4 decal on and it'll increase by $4000.

as soon as my truck arrives im taking the sport decals off. never cared for em. had em on my 4g ranger and peeled em off
