Want replace the two piece OEM lug nuts. Looking for acorn style solid lug nuts for OEM wheel that are not spline. All i have been able to find so far are spline lugs that need a key to remove.

History:
I had the same type lugs nuts on my mustang, Had the car in for warranty work where tires had to be removed after only a few times the lug nuts were crushed/bent to were four-way wrench would not fit on the lugs anymore.

Thanks

See Phil's response in the What did you do to your Ranger thread about page 165 or so.

Had a bit of a detour. When the Dorman lug nuts came there were a total of 2. Everything indicated pack of 10, but the seller was quite insistent that they sell them individually, for $14.81 each!

I returned them both and got https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WW2M1XQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Amazon says they don't fit.

Here's 1 of the locks:

Hi Charlie,

I think you will be fine with these lug nuts! I was afraid the Dorman was going to be pricey as they are for the person who lost one,,,not replacing them all. The lug nut thread engagement is the key here and you have good engagement. Not crazy with puzzleloc studs, but that is just me. Your puzzle loc appears to have a bit less taper engagement than the other lug nuts, but cannot say for sure from the picture.

I should mention that the Eisen lug nuts come in a set of 20, 4 short for our Rangers. 1/2 of why I added locks.

My fusion had 60K on it an I was doing the rear brakes it was hell getting the lug nuts off. If i had a flat on the side of the road there was no way I was getting it off the car without air tools. I changed all 20 while we had it on a friends lift. I don't like having a lock on the wheels but that was a good way to get the extra 4. The kit I put on my fusion came with 16 reg an 4 locks.

Yesterday, my service manager told me that Ranger lug nuts are made by McGard.
