Some select quotes:
FORD is officially bringing back the FX4 name plate in 2020, with news that next year’s Ranger line up will include the return of the popular beefed up special edition of Australia’s second highest selling ute.

Based on the highly equipped Ranger XLT dual-cab 4×4, and sitting between that model and the Wildtrak 4×4, the FX4 will feature unique design elements inside and out for a fresh take on the Ranger’s renowned versatility.

...

The Ranger FX4 special edition will initially be limited to around 1,000 units and arrives in showrooms this December with a 5-year unlimited kilometre full factory warranty and the Ford Service Benefits program bundled in.

Yes but you rarely see them, most people opt for a Wildtrack or ( the more cashed up) a Raptor.

5yr unlimited KM warranty huh?
must be alot of low mileage drivers down under.
That's pretty standard here Toyota is 5 years, Nissan is 5 years, Hyundai / Kia 7 years, Mitsubishi an incredible 10 years.

Most people here do about 20,000 Km per year so the average person gets about 5 / years / 100,00 Km or ~ 60,000 miles out of their warranty.

I bought my truck secondhand, in 2019 it was a end of run Ranger PX1 series (July 2015 build) with 69,000 Km on it, was previously owned by an old couple who towed their caravan with it and apart from a few stone chips, it was basically "As New" I got it for almost half new price.
