It's more of a Desert Sand that all the manufacturers seem to be currently enamored with.

Does it look kinda like Vanilla pudding? Yep.

Reminds me of several years ago when, I think it was Toyota first, sprayed clear coat over primer and called the color Cement. People went nuts for it.

Before long clear coated primer cars were everywhere.

Oh wow, bigger than I thought! Probably easy enough to take apart and custom paint it?

On a side note, check out Walmart's toy section next time your in one. There is some generic toy company that makes a truck series and the Ranger is one of them. They are loose on a tray usually near the hot wheels/rc car section. I wish I grabbed one when they had the black Ranger. Kina similar spec as the one you shared but smaller and only something like $8.

I used to have that, but I think I gave it away. I do have hot wheels Ranger still though.

Is there a Scab version?

I've searched before, SuperCab gets no love. Had they made one, I'd have painted one to make it look like mine.

I always hated that "cement" color and never understood why people went crazy for it.

One of my favorite colors was my Tacoma and IIRC it was called quicksand. It had a nice shine yet never looked dirty. Living in AZ there was always a coating of dust on everything.

Yeah, and living on a dry, dusty gravel road. That since we haven't had any rain in a while has turned into chalk, can make a black truck look grey or white depending on how the light hits it. Lol

When I was a little kid my sister had a bunch of Barbie stuff, including the pink Corvette. I always felt bad for Ken being seen in that, so I "loaned" him this green convertible that I had which was roughly the same size. Don't remember what the make or model was (it could have been just generic), but Ken definitely "preferred" it to the 'Vette.

Lifetime warranty on the driveline so I don't have to worry about that anymore.

Not really wild about the color, but it was a pretty good deal so I grabbed it.

It already has a few dealer installed mods, but I think they are tastefully done.
