I have Eibach pro truck 2.0 front and extended rear they greatly improved the ride but I understand your comment on harshness of bumps. Adding Icon UCA helped smooth out bumps, also adding Cooper Wild Treks at 32lbs pressure helped further. Does it ride like a Caddy? No but its much improved

Link the rear. Jk, well I'm not but want to tay on topic.

Bilstein 5100's all around. These use digressive pistons which will help on the areas you mentioned.

Eibach 3" 550 lift springs up front with the shock ring at the lowest setting.

BDS 1" shackles.

A little weight in the bed like a couple sand bags (I keep (3) 50 pound bags)

Maybe a rear sway bar.

Running Eibach Pro kit set at 3.0" for the front, with Rough Country UCA's, Energy suspension front diff drop. Rear has an add-a-leaf with Icon bump stops and currently Eibach shocks for around 2" of lift. I had Rough country 23305_A shocks in the rear that had more travel than the eibachs but they were simply too soft for road use. They honestly are amazing for off road, but not great for daily driving. With my set up it is a smooth, slightly firm ride, with almost zero bounce. Eventually I will upgrade to a one piece driveshaft for a completely smooth ride. I am riding on Kenda A/T2 33's w/32psi.
