I am not familiar with the Biturbo engine, but I would start with looking at the fuel trims (via Live Data) drive or place in gear and hold foot on the brake and give it some gas.
Load up the engine.
I suspect a fuel delivery issue, clogged filter or fuel pump
Thank you for the reply, I will try to do so

Not sure if when you deleted your CAT you also deleted the O2 sensor.

Had a 2.3L 87 Mustang that had a problem maintaining speed when going up any kind of hill. I took it to the dealership and a few other places to have it looked at as well. They couldn't find anything either. Got a cheap tester to check for codes. I pulled over right after it lost speed and stuttered and plugged the tester into the OBD2 port and it gave me a code indicating that the O2 sensor was faulty. Replaced it and had no more problems until some idiot fell asleep at the wheel and totaled it while it was parked. ?

This may not be the problem with your truck, but may be something you can try.

Good luck ?
Thanks buddy, but the CAt still has the Sensor on it. I just took the CAT and empty all the crap in it.

How soon after you emptied all "the crap" out of the cat did the problems start ???
Even though the sensor is still attached, its probably reading a bad cat.
Willing to bet thats where your problem is.

So you may be getting false readings.
Here, on gasoline engines, there is an O2 sensor up stream and downstream of the CAT.
IIRC, the upstream measures residual O2 levels and adjust fuel to get correct ratios for clean burning. Downstream makes sure CAT is doing its job. Since no CAT, maybe ECU is being fooled and is trying to adjust fuel ratios. IDK, I'm no expert and don't know how it is with diesel engines.

Exactly my issue.. Diesel engine is a whole different ball game. For the gasoline engine, makes alot of sense on what you are saying.

Ah ha! You must not have gotten all the crap out of the cat, and as you drove more crap came out and is blocking the exhaust. Been there!
