Why am I all of a sudden seeing signature lines?

I've never seen them before. Is this some setting that defaulted or something?

It's annoying AF and makes reading the forum more diificult.

Something might have changed in your settings. Go to preferences and scroll down to Content Options and uncheck Show people's signatures with their messages.


Content options
  • Automatically watch content you create…
      • and receive email notifications
  • Automatically watch content you interact with…
      • and receive email notifications
  • Show people's signatures with their messages

Sweet. Figured there was a setting somewhere. Not sure how/why it changed. But I'll get her put back.

Box was unchecked when I looked. Still is unchecked. Still see signatures.

Also, Show online status is unchecked. Yet I can click on my profile and see my status.

That's strange, maybe try checking it and hit save then go back and uncheck it and save again? If that doesn't work go down to the Site Suggestion & Feedback and post there and maybe the Admin can help.

You could also try getting a damper? ?

Used to work with a guy that quoted Voltaire. What a tool he was!

I got links in mine! Hot links!

Well at least you can shut them off.
Hell after discovering I could ignore threads ( and to a lessee extent people!) I only see like 5 or 6 new posts.
