I have a front lift kit in my 21 ranger that just makes it level. When I turn the wheel all the way and on an incline the sway bar makes contact with the lower control arm and makes a nasty noise..
is there a shorter sway bar link?

How do you know it's the sway bar making contact? Sure it's not your tires rubbing against the crash bars? The sway bar should not be able to contact the swing arms since their relationship is constant regardless of articulation...the links hold them apart...

So when I get it to a algle when one side is compressed and the opposite side rear is way up it hits slightly and it makes a noise. As you can see from this picture The rub mark..

I see...first time I've heard of this kind of contact...did it do this before leveling? I would think that lifting the front would help increase the gap not decrease it?

I don't know where you would get just the links, but Superlift 2.5 level kits comes with the sway bar links. It's for a '24, but there are mixed opinions about 5G and 6G being the same or different.

I have these on 2 of my cars and will add to the Ranger soon. Stock Ranger (which I have) front is EL 300 mm
For @2021Ranger he can pick the length hew wants.

So it looks like the Dobson shortened links and F150 links just marked up a lot.. I’m not sure how they are measuring them but I’m going to order a pair from rock auto.
