Every week or 10 days or so my 2019 XLT, 2wd, auto transmission, Ranger will vibrate as I back out of the garage in the morning. It only does for a few seconds, and as soon as I tap on the brakes it stops. It is a light, rapid vibration, not in the engine, probably in the drive train or brakes. It has never happened at any other time or place, not a big deal, but I am curious to know if anyone else has had a similar experience and found the cause?
Thanks

When mine is cold it sometimes has a delay to get moving but no vibration that I've noticed.

Curious, do you set the parking brake?

We seldom use the parking brake around here, everything is pretty much flat.
I never set it in my garage.

I assume your garage is level? Has this ever happened if your parked on a slight angle, either forward or backward?

I have a 2WD XL and never noticed this (but will now pay attention).

I had an older car that would do this a little when parked facing uphill on the minor slant of our driveway. I always chalked it up to the driveshaft having the torque of the car's weight on it when put into Park (I rarely use the e-brake).

Can you test it by backing in if you normally park head in?
