Hello everyone. For those of you that havent gotten a snorkel because of money issues or perhaps you dont want to cut a hole into you fender please contact RTR. I just got some confirmation that they need a lot of demand to make it happen and the idea of not cutting into the fender sounds nice if you ask me. Yes there are those that already have the Safari Snorkel and im sure it is nice. I just have the feeling you could reverse it and have a model that didnt require you to cut the fender. Hope this helps others.

That looks awesome! The sketch is very well done...obviously they have a professional designer on board...good to see...
I was informed that they only have the prototype for that truck. To make it happen they need demand and with the idea of no fender cutting I'm already onboard with it!! How it compares to Safari Snorkels is unknown but that is the only option at this time.

I fix things not people
If I was in the market for a snorkel that looks nice.

Really would like to find a light bar/rack/mount for the roof like that.

There are quite a few snorkels for the international ranger that use the side vent similar to this RTR version, although I haven’t seen one on a US ranger. I imagine you might need to get creative with the plumbing but the unit should be a direct bolt on.
e.g this guy

I really like the look of the RTR snorkel and not cutting the fender is a big plus.

My only concern has nothing to do with the snorkel but with the low placement of the alternator on these trucks.

I really wish it were on top of the engine like in the ROTW Ranger.

I suspect the fender will need to be removed to install the pass through plumbing?

I agree...but to serve as a high mount dust free intake is still good to have...

Actually you will only need to remove the fender liner in order to get the plumbing done. Thankfully they didnt put too much in that area.
