You may laugh, but during WW ll many people converted their cars and trucks to run via burning wood. Wood would be burned and the gas's produced would be captured, and condensed into a liquid that would then be fed to the carb. Worked very well..
Pic is of WW ll vehicle, and a late model Volvo that was converted. Still doable today with a carb fed vehicle...

All the smoke that they could see instead of it being in some magical electricity plant far away would trigger them. After the tree then what? The sides of the neighbors house?

First they would have ot plant trees. That's like work, so nope not happening. Most of the newer generation doesn't want to work anyway. Just sit at home and get the GOV checks. And the occasional protest over whatever the current rage they are told to be upset about.

Yes, but the plan is to use all the dino stuff to generate power to the charging stations for all the EV's with xploading and fire producing batteries...

Wankels may be an excellent fit, but they will need them to run them at a constant high RPM for best energy efficiency.
That is one of the things you can do in this setup - you can tailor the engine for a fixed RPM. But Mazda did some interesting and creative engineering to help the engine adjust for different RPMs. If you are interested in details like that, you should what that video. That guy is geeky but he explains things in a way that non engineers can understand. I love his videos.

I like Mazda cars. Still have my 1993 Miata Limited Edition with 67K on the clock... and a turbo going in soon. Upgrading from an M45 Supercharger.

Russian Scientists will tell you there is no such thing as "Fossil Fuels". They follow the Abiotic oil formation theory. To their thinking, the earth is constantly producing oil deep in the mantle, and that the supply, for all practical purposes for mankind, is unlimited.

If oil came from dinosaurs, then we would have run out long ago. The term of “fossil fuel” was first used by German chemist Caspar Neumann in 1759. People then had no idea of a lot of things and just guessed.

Fossil fuels, peak oil, global warming, hole in the ozone, the buzzwords go on and on. All very bad but drink the rainbow water in Ohio, it's safe...
