Recommend a Reverse Camera Relocation Kit?

Long overdue, but I need to relocate my reverse camera. Flexible on location, but I'm a numpty with wiring, so looking for a plug and play solution. Also want the highest resolution possible.

Vehicle's an XLT, if that matters.

If you end up DIY, I can tell you exactly which 2 wires to splice. Managed to get a big standard RCA camera for to display nicely, although no backup guide lines.
