I did a quick search and didn’t find this issue mentioned. I used my radio and Apple play to navigate to my

knee doc in downtown Nashville this morning. I get back out in truck and tell my phone to take me home. I notice radio screen look weird but am not paying close attention. I plug up phone to usb and it doesn’t bring up maps. Can’t bring up anything. Not even settings much less radio, climate, phone etc. I’m fairly confidant I can find my way home and have phone in seat beside me if needed. I stoped in Ardmore for a short break and turned off motor. Radio still weird. So I call Gilbert And Baugh where I bought the truck. He told me they are having tons of 18 - 20 radio issues. Still waiting on ford to issue a fix. I can listen to radio and change channels using rotary knob and the backup camera still works (knock on wood). But can’t make calls using voice on my steering wheel etc.

That was going to be my first option until they have a fix. anyways, truck had been sitting a few hours so I went back out and cranked truck. Everything came up normal. Made a call using steering wheel and voice command. No problems. Only thing I didn’t do was try to use Apple play. Fingers crossed it was just a one time glich but after taking to dealership I’m sure it could use a firmware update when they finally have it available.
