Radio ID AT&T

Hi, how do I find my AT&T specific radio ID number? AT&T told me it supposed to be on my service contract which it’s not and dealer is confused they even sell vehicles.

I ask because my wifi hotspot isn’t working and they claim the paperwork is messed up and want to know the radio ID number to verify they are the same.

Not sure this will help but from the owner's manual

Note: Data, such as the Vehicle
Identification Number (VIN), SIM Card ID,
and data plan usage, is shared between us
and the vehicle network carrier to provide
the Vehicle Hotspot service in accordance
with your vehicle network carrier agreement,
coverage and availability, and may be used
to enable a seamless transition from an old
to new embedded modem and to confirm
any updates are successfully delivered.
Note: For your convenience data usage may
be available for monitoring under Settings
but may not reflect actual or current usage.
The vehicle network carrier is responsible
for providing information about your
account. Please contact the vehicle network
carrier for more information.
Note: If you do not have an active vehicle
hotspot data plan, open your web browser
and go to a website using the HTTP protocol
to be automatically redirected to the vehicle
network carrier landing page where you can
purchase data. Websites using HTTPS will
not automatically redirect
Note:We may need to update operating
system software on your vehicle, including
security updates and bug fixes, to keep
connected services current, like Vehicle
Hotspot, without prior notice to you.

I am not sure, but they may want the modem serial number. It is found in the Sync menu under General Settings and then Sync. Scroll down to Modem Serial Number.

If the modem serial number is blank, then it needs to be rebooted. This can be done by pulling fuse #9 (Telematics) in the under-dash fuse panel.

Save $100 by paying annually instead of monthly. Get a discount on a second vehicle when added to the same account. Most strange is if I choose to pay for the second vehicle annually instead of monthly, the price for the second vehicle goes up. I have no clue, even after speaking to a supervisor....

Well I just got an email from AT&T stating they canceled my free trial. Hmmm…

Save $100 by paying annually instead of monthly. Get a discount on a second vehicle when added to the same account. Update…Dealership did not activate the vehicle SIM card so I have to take it back in. ?
