PCM Detected Fuel Level Signal In/Out if Range??

I just started seeing this issue on my 2021. Not sure how serious it is overall. Has it caused anyone any serious issues?

Should not cause any serious issues, it's my experience with Fuel Gauge issues like this, is that it will usually not be accurate and fault in the 1/2 to Full Range, more-so in the 3/4 to Full Range.

The Fuel Sender Current Price is $21.00, and Pump / Sender Assembly is $300.00. The Sender requires pump removal to replace it, so the same amount of labor involved to replace either.

The only issue is that the "Check Engine light" comes on (MIL). The gas gauge is so heavily filtered that there is no noticeable effect. See my comments with the video of the fuel signals using Engineering Mode earlier in the thread.

Other than the annoyance of the MIL coming on, there is the "little boy that cried wolf" syndrome where you might dismiss the MIL as being the fuel sender issue and mask another real engine issue.

Mine was fixed under warranty. It just took a very long time for the dealer to get the fuel sender for replacement.

OP, does your CEL go off around a quarter of a tank left?

My CEL (prior to the new sender being installed) was on from Full down to just under 3/4 tank.
At the next ignition cycle after being below 3/4, CEL would go out.
