Has anyone ever experienced issues with their fuel level sensor? Not five minutes ago I was sitting in the grocery store parking lot waiting for my wife when the trucks alert went off for low fuel. I thought this was strange as not a minute or two before I had 3/4of a tank.
The fuel gauge slowly drained to zero over about 15 seconds, reached zero, and stayed there. I shut the truck off and got out to look just to be safe, of course nothing. Start the truck back up and within 10 seconds the fuel gauge shot back up to 3/4 of a tank.
