Pretty sure he has me blocked ?, doubt he will see it...Where'd you find that old video of @AzScorpion towing home Annie's purchases with Money Pit 1? He's sure to get all nostalgic about it.

I swear you make an off handed phallic joke and half the forum blocks you.Pretty sure he has me blocked ?, doubt he will see it...
The Ranger tows my rig just fine and really, it is up to the task. I have added several suspension items, but it is basically a stock truck.Man, I wish I got that kind of service at my dealer!
I still can't imagine towing the trailer you have though, would be interesting to actually try it on my truck. I am super happy with how the trailer we have tows, 19ft, 3300lb empty. Summer towing I think would be too much for 7000lbs, maybe at 55mph though. I personally keep it at 65-70mph depending on the speed limit, even if it is 80. MPG TANK over 70 and the trailer tires are only rated for 75 anyway. I swear 8/10 times we have a headwind too. I ask myself how is this possible lol
Yeah I only use 91 all the time too. Don't mean to get off topic but I was thinking about changing my tires this year on the trailer with Good Year. It came with some wanna be off-road tires, just look off-road because the trailer is not a true off-road one. I agree though, the truck does tow well, we get decent crosswinds and despite the Tremor on 33", she does great. The Ranger tows my rig just fine and really, it is up to the task. And, I have been towing RV's since 1970, and honestly, for me, it's a piece of cake. No, I do not recommend towing a heavy trailer unless you are experienced.....with a lot of towing miles behind you.
Only season we don't tow is winter and that's pretty much because most campgrounds/areas we enjoy are closed for the season.
We do 90% of our traveling in spring and fall with a few summer trips thrown in (hate the heat) but the Ranger has never overheated, either coolant or tranny fluid. Keep our speeds on x-ways to 65 or so and the rig is a very stable platform. Trailer tires are the Goodyear Endurance...best you can get. Do not care at all about mpg...truck needs gas....I get gas....only premium when towing. 4 Cyl turbo towing a heavy load...it will suck gas.
