OEM Wheel Lock Removal.

I installed some OEM wheel locks that I got from Levittown Ford, and I lost the key to the wheels while changing the tires. Can a Ford dealership remove these since they are an OEM option, or am I on my own for this?

Dealer will likely leave you to your own devices for this.

Go buy a 1/2” impact socket just slightly smaller than the locking lug nut - carefully hammer it onto the locking lug nut - don’t miss and mess up your wheel (maybe a deep socket is best) - attach a 1/2” breaker bar and remove the locking lug nut - knock the lock out of the socket with a large punch by setting it on top of your vice with the jaws open just enough to keep the socket from falling through - rinse and repeat.

If you prefer, my cousin can do it when he gets out in about three to six months.

Hi Calvin,

You should have gotten a card with a number on it that identifies ordering a correct key as a replacement... If you threw this key card away you are likely F'd without a kiss... Seems wheel thiefs have little problem stealing wheels with these wheel locks...

I bought a couple cars that were missing the lug key. I just take a picture of the lug nut and go on ebay and find a matching key.
