I towed my Jeep for thousands of miles and it didn't record. Also canbus..

I did a parasitic draw test and verified that yes there is still module draw occurring to about 8 hours after the key is turned off- welcome to a Can Bus truck

Normally it will not accrue , but if the bus just happens to awaken or if someone inadvertently leaves the switch in - Accy it’s going to record and accrue as I said normally it will not
