Owners manual says 100 pound feet, free of dirt and rust. Does not specify lube or no lube.

When it doesn't specify lube... that means no lube.
When I lived in a rain forest (12 or more FEET of rain per year) and they used a lot of salt on the roads in the winter not using lube was not an option.
Now that I spend most of my time in the desert I guess I won't be lubing my nuts.
