so update. i sprayed some silicone lube like dizzydrake said he did at that rubber seal between the cab and the bed. Bam! Sound is gone! drove to the chinese place and backing down drive was quiet!!!

i guarantee if i went to the dealer, they would order some part that probably would not even fix it but take 2 weeks to get in and would require me to get the shuttle with them a few times.... LOL.
