No More Painted Tailgate Handle On Lariat

No engine cover, no painted tailgate handle, no adjustable front headrests, no adjustable rear headrests no middle bed tie down, no rear door touch access sensors.. So they skimped out in several noticeable places this year.

Personally. the touch sensor on the rear doors have been a nice convenience I appreciated. Those are the nice touches you should 'expect' if you were willing to pay extra for the higher priced model.
Shame on Ford for their greediness.

Mirror accents, bumpers, all door handles I think. Grill maybe.

I looked at a white one with chrome, and it was way too much. I don't dislike chrome per se, but it was way too much on a white truck. Plus, the chrome bumpers on my old toyota rusted after some time. Not sure if these would, but who knows?

So I do paint n body and I had big plans to paint and clear the raw black plastic handles on my XLT FX4 when I got it; I think nuthin about rippin parts off and painting them. Now though I have quickly grown to like the texture and contrast of the flat plastic. I was also going to paint all my Magnetic trim Lead Foot Grey as well but now I like the Magnetic!

I have a 2021 shadow black XLT with sport pkg, which gives me magnetic trim, bumpers and handles. It’s a slight contrast but looks fantastic with black body. Wouldn’t want it any other way.
