New replacement door panel installed

After going thru the warranty process and refusing the first replacement for the same line in the molding.... I got my drivers door panel replaced under warranty and am very happy with this one. I had no idea they were so expensive.. retail on their warranty ticket was $642..WOW

Would you happen to know the parts # for the plastic fasteners/clips for the door panel? Does it show on the work order?
