New Ranger and 1800 mile trip

I just bought my 2019 Ranger. I was looking for one with a bed delete from the factory and luckily Dewey Ford had one. Unfortunately Dewey Ford is 1800 miles away but with 5k off MSRP it was worth the drive. Took me two days to drive from Des Moines to California. The Ranger actually drives nice without the bed. They do have a lot of wind noise at highway speed. MPG was not the best but was to be expected after reading reviews. It got 20-22mpg driving 75-80mph. I plan to add a aluminum bed like in the picture below of my other truck.

Interesting. How comfortable did you find the seats on that long drive? I've made a 4+ hour trip for work a couple times and its no where near as comfortable as my previous Nissan.

Seats where fine, this is a XL with 101a package. I found the seats better than my 2018 Frontier but no where as good as my Ram.
