I have tried to update my navigation files on my Lariat. So far I have had no luck with Ford. Anyone with any ideas?

Hi Chris,

My issue is slightly different from everyone else's, I chose the download to get the NA 1 18 maps, downloaded it, but when I unzip it, it won't load at all and now I only have the $40 usb drive option. I can't download the file anymore, so I am stuck. I have an issue giving Ford $40, for a map update, 2 years old on a $45K truck. They have already got any Lariat Supercab owner for a bunch by not getting the enhanced sound system (501A package), B&O radio. Ford customer service says the dealer should update it. I have a stand alone Garmin that I paid $200 that has quarterly updates and lifetime maps.

Read through the other thread, thanks for the thoughts.
