I bought my '19 Ranger at Peoria and my '21 Ranger at Bell.
Better customer service at Peoria back in the day. Not so much anymore. I am not a fan of any of the Ford service departments really, but I will give props to Surprise Ford for doing a good job on my transmission rebuild.

I see only 2 major issues for your truck. blend door on air-conditioning and the transmission. both can be costly but the 5k is a bit much. I would spring for it if it was closer to 3k. your trans will go it's just a question of when not if....
