Hi there everyone!
I purchased my 2020 Ranger Lariat FX4 back in June 2020, was going to buy it this year but had to act quick cause I found out the color I wanted, Saber, was being discontinued to my horror.
It is my first truck and I have to say in the little over a year of ownership I am very happy with it. Glad that these "small" pickups are making a return and Ford got back in the game (otherwise I would've went with a GMC Canyon Denali).
I'm sure everyone has seen the international/Aussie-spec Ranger. I stumbled on it in 2017 online and really digged it, especially the Wildtrak model. So I got inspired and this year slowly started a project trying to recreate the Ranger Wildtrak look on my Ranger, of course I have added some of my own personal touches as a "what if" Ford of America made an official one for the North American market. I have had some challenges/compromises and two VERY frustrating (but hopefully temporary) setbacks.
I have to say I am amazed on the number of compliments I get over the Saber color.
So far the project, mostly due to COVID, is a wrap for 2021. I'll be starting it back up in 2022. Enjoy the photos!
