For those that are looking for a good set of Driving Lights to add to their vehicle, take IPF into consideration. I have reason for this.
For starters IPF is a Japanese Company that makes a fair amount of Lights. This includes some of the old school Headlights, Driving Lights, Fog Lights and Work Lights.
I will also add that IPF is the Manufacturer that ARB went through a while back for all their OffRoad Lights(including the current Light Bar for the Base Rack).
Now why IPF over other brands? Well unfortunately most other Brands out there have decided to have their Lights made in China....... Yes that includes Rigid and KC...... Hella might be on that list and I can't remember with PIAA. For me I wanty Lights to be Quality.
Now keep in mind that IPF offers both Halogen and LED Lights, so you will have some options. I personally went with Halogen Lights myself for a few reasons.
Why Halogen over LED? From my personal experience I have found that good Quality Halogen Lights that are set around a 3200 Color Temperature tend to be a lot easier on the Eyes. Also with the correct Bulb and Reflector Housing, you can see quite a bit.
What experience do I have with IPF? Well on two vehicles now, I have used two sets of Driving Lights and Fog Lights along with one set of Headlights. Both on Nissan Vehicles, but it should still apply here simply for it being Lighting.
First we have my 1993 Pathfinder. I had Yellow 968 IPF Driving Lights, Amber 840FYS Fog Lights and 820H Headlights with H4 80/110 Watt Bulbs. The Headlights with those Bulbs were Awesome!! Not going to lie, if I could put a set in my Frontier I would. The Pattern was excellent and the light output was amazing! The Driving Lights complemented the High Beams alright. I'm general it was a good set. The Fog Lights were absolutely Awesome! They were true Fog Lights that allowed you to see through Thick Fog at night! I wish I still had them!!

For my current vehicle, I have a 2012 Frontier. It has the IPF Fog Lights from ARB for the Deluxe Bull Bar and the 968 Clear with 100 Watt H3 Bulbs. The Fog Lights are certainly bright and complement the Low Beams well. If aimed incorrectly, it will almost replicate the High Beams. The Driving Lights on the other hand are BRIGHT!! To say the least I can piss some people off with them!! Those will be paired with my High Beams and I promise they will do well for my needs.

In the end I will say that I do recommend IPF Lights. Yes they are a little spendy, but you get what you pay for.
