Magnets in the trans pan?

I'm big on putting magnets on all my oil filters and drain plugs on my cars & small engines. (You should see the metal in a lawnmower's oil filter!!!) Small, round. strong magnets are available on amazon. I'd buy one and put it on the exterior of the PPE drain plug, to further strengthen the existing magnet.

If it Helps, I cut the old Filter apart to look for debris and there is a big ole Magnet inside

I went ahead and installed a magnet in the pan as there was one in the stock pan..I didn’t know that so I put it in the same place..changed the fluid and put a bottle of additive in there also..Got to use the funnel Mike sent me and that worked out great..
