Location & Vehicle Data Sharing Enabled

Whether the SYNC3 is in Audio mode or Navigation mode, a few miles down the road this message pops up on the SYNC3 screen:
"Location & vehicle data sharing is enabled. Press the data sharing icon on the status bar to view connectivity settings. Pair a device to disable this prompt"

I can't seem to find the icon, the status bar, or the connectivity settings. But if I touch the screen, the message will disappear.

How to I keep this annoying/distracting message from popping up if I don't want to pair a device? I do often travel with a flip phone that I don't bother pairing to the system.

Hey Bill,
There are a couple threads on this and if memory serves, there may be a fix in the next Sync 3 update. Or disabling FordPass may do it.
