Could be. Although I love my Ranger, I've never had a vehicle with so many control buttons on the steering wheel. It's almost dangerous, because at times I have to look down to see where my fingers are.
Sometimes my Information Display shows Fuel Economy (horizontal graph) and sometimes it shows Fuel History (bar graph). It seems to go back and forth without me changing any control. One day I will start my Lariat up and it will be showing Fuel History; the next day it might be showing Fuel...
Mark, that was the hint that actually solved my problem. Holding the OK button for 3 seconds didn't help. But when I pressed the down arrow to scroll down.....there was the fuel economy info I wanted. Another press and there was the historical mileage data with the 4 vertical bars.
I'm still...
On the Left Information Display of my 2019 Lariat, I normally select Fuel Economy and I get my Avg MPG, plus the 4 vertical bars showing my historical mileage. And normally when I travel, I turn off the Auto Stop/Start.
Yesterday a strange thing happened when, to my knowledge, I didn't change...
The volume on my audio system works fine except for the navigation system. I can barely hear the verbal navigation information, and I can't figure out how to increase the volume on the navigation system.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for the response Jim. I'm still hoping that someone will offer an easy solution for achieving my goal. I'm challenged when it comes to finger dexterity, so re-entering the Favorites data is not something I would look forward to doing.
Is there a way to reorder the Favorites that appear in the Ranger Navigation System? Mine are simply in the order that I entered them. I would prefer to have them ordered either alphabetically or by distance from my home (like on my Garmin GPS). But I can't figure out how to do this, so any...
Whether the SYNC3 is in Audio mode or Navigation mode, a few miles down the road this message pops up on the SYNC3 screen:
"Location & vehicle data sharing is enabled. Press the data sharing icon on the status bar to view connectivity settings. Pair a device to disable this prompt"
I can't seem...
The instrument panel on my 2019 Lariat doesn't look like that. It has a round speedometer in the middle, and small information screens on each side. Do I have a 'misfit', or does the XLT have a different instrument panel than the Lariat? I like yours better.
Yes, I've done the re-pairing and manual downloads several times. I am currently using v3.3, so I will await the 3.4 update to see if that helps. In the interim, I will just use my iPhone 6 when traveling. Maybe I will use my AT&T Alcatel SmartFlip phone in target practice, lol.
Appreciate your response and 'updated guess'. My phone is not a pay-go phone, although I know that both Walmart and Best Buy do sell this particular model as a prepaid phone. So since my plan with AT&T is not a pay-go, do you have any suggestions on how to solve this issue?
Do you think it...
No, I haven't figured it out, and I did try contact access and everything else that was suggested to me.. My phone pairs to the unit, and then it starts the contacts download. When the download completes, I can see my phonebook, and all the entries are the same as on my phone. I can touch the...
