Hate to ask this but the search found nothing about it which is surprising. Has anyone figured out how to stop this display? My 2019 Ranger drives me nuts with this every time I start it. I have not updated any of the software since I purchased the truck.

The truck uses your phones bluetooth to share location data etc to the Ford Pass App. If you do not have a phone paired with bluetooth you will get this error. If you use Carplay you will also get this error because Carplay disconnects bluetooth.

We hoped this would be resolved in the 3.4 update coming soon but its still there. The only way to get rid of it is to keep a phone paired or turn off location services which will disable most of Ford Pass.

Is your phone connected via bluetooth and not using Carplay or Android Auto? Also, go into the connection settings and make sure all that stuffs on.

Im sorry I cant remember what screen that is but if you tap the little data icon on the top right it will take you there.

I have an iphone and only carry it in my pocket. If I connect it with a usb cable the phone takes over everything.

I'll check all the settings tomorrow.

I bought a couple of those USB ports that plug into the 12V ports to charge my iPhone instead of the trucks USB ports....simple, but effective.

OK, I noticed bluetooth was turned off today. Turned it on again and I'll see what happens tonight.
